  • What is your processing time?

    Because of the nature of the K-pop merchandise market - in which items can be in high demand - some delays are inevitable and could delay your order by up to 20 business days. Please kindly understand that Rock Paper Scissors K-Pop does NOT offer cancellations due to these delays. One thing to note is that these delays are true for ALL customers, local and foreign alike. We would like to assure our customers that we will do everything we can to deliver your order as fast as possible to wherever you are. In case of delays, please know that we are working to serve you best. Please keep this in mind and order well in advance from the date you need it, to ensure they arrive in time!

  • What is your handling time?

    It is our goal to handle all orders quickly! Once all of the items in your order have been received to our warehouse, we ask for a maximums of 48 hours to unpack, repack, and prepare for shipping.

    In cases where the order volume means we will need additional time to inventory and prepare shipments, we will let you know via email and social media.

    If you are ordering preorder merchandise and wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please submit separate orders.

  • What is your shipping time?

    After processing time, the order shipping time will vary by method. USPS First Class Mail and Ground Advantage generally take 3-9 days. International shipping varies by carrier and will be estimated to you in advance. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 crisis, and to unforeseen weather conditions (such as heavy rain, storms, or snow) shipments to all our destinations can still be affected by transit delays. The time periods estimated are simply estimates based on the average time our orders take to arrive to your country. If your order does not arrive within the applicable transit time, please send us an inquiry via our Contact page.

  • Will you handle customs?

    We will gladly ship to customers who live in countries with customs requirements. Some destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. We are not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing your order.

  • What are your shipping rates?

    Our ecommerce platform estimates shipping based on the items in your orders, the specific item weights, your location, and what all items you place in your order. Please add items to the cart to estimate exact shipping.

    For orders outside of the United States, we use a batching service that ensures the lowest shipping cost possible, but can add additional time to your total shipping time.

  • What happens if my order doesn't arrive to me?

    Rock Paper Scissors K-Pop is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside of our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, wrong address information, incorrect recipient name, etc. When a shipment is sent to our carrier's warehouse due to these complications, the carrier reserves the right to dispose of the shipment. In these cases we will do our best to help you solve this situation, but we cannot be held accountable for the package anymore.

    In the case of missing packages, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the shipping service to submit a claim.
