Return Policy
We do not accept any returns for any item sold on Rock Paper Scissors K-Pop. Exchanges are available if there is any defect on the product you have received. Please contact us with a full unboxing video — see unboxing requirements below. When returning, the items have to be unused, sealed, and in original condition. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable.
Unboxing Video
Unboxing video must be attached to your return request and the video must start from when the delivery outer box is still sealed, otherwise we are not able to proceed with refund process. No edits can be done and the box must be visible throughout the entire video. Please show in the video clearly the state of the products and what is missing.
Condition of Product
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition (unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured). Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. *We do not accept returns of Time Deal items and Clearance items. Clearance items and Time Deal items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
Damaged item(s) / Wrong item(s) Return Policy
If you have received damaged items or wrong items, you can make a return request through our customer service team along with an attachment of a unboxing video for proof. After checking the information, we will send you the replacement items right away along with the prepaid return shipping label, or issue you a refund.
Orders with Pre-Order Benefits or Fan Sign Benefits
We do not offer refunds or returns in cases where the product is attached to pre-order benefits, fan sign raffles, or any event that is held on Rock Paper Scissors K-Pop.
